Eight Days in Europe
Sleepy Zoi! I got home late last night from eight days of non-stop shooting in Zurich, Friedrichshafen and Munich (with a brief stop in Austria!). That’s also why I haven’t posted anything here for a while.
After some drama involving a delayed train and missed flight (that also cost me 200 euros 🙁 extra)….the first shoot that I had when I arrived was with Marcus Ernst and Vera Irmgard Pungitore as visagist.
The results are great, I have posted my favourites here and also a behind the scenes photo.
I have also already received back images from Roger Michel Fichmannwhom I also shot with. We did a two-part shoot, the first being artistic nude, and the second being for his “nude pop art” series, I’m still to see the images from the second part however. Franziska Kasper was the make up artist, and she also took some images:
I haven’t got any more images back yet, when I do I will share them though :).
During my trip, I was EXTREMELY lucky with the weather. The day before I arrived it was 13 degrees Celsius. Then when I was there the weather didn’t drop below 23 degrees during the day, and we even had a few days at 26 Degrees…. PERFECT for outdoor shooting! Its looks like the good weather left with me hehe…. its back down to 16 degrees today!
And below, is a mobile phone pic, of me in 26 degree sunshine on the banks of Lake Constance (or Bodensee) where I shot with Stefan Soell for three days! For those who are interested, lake Constance is one of Europes largest lakes. It is 39 miles long, and lies in three countries (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). With Stefan Soell I also shot in a 1930s bath house, on the rocky banks of a mountain river swollen from melt water and In a steam train museum!
I now don’t have ANY shoots planned for well over a week!!! I will be going on holiday to Spain tomorrow, and enjoying some much deserved relaxation by the pool :).
