I was in California recently for a nice month travel and vacation. While I was there I squeezed in a few nice photo shoots.
These are back stage images during one of these shoots. The idea of the shoot was for me and another model to model some very cool leather and latex wear from a designer. The images would be shot in a sequence that would end up with the other model in a complicated and difficult looking bondage suspension.
Like I said on my blog, I was in Andalusia in Spain for a 1 week photography workshop held by Thorsten Jankowski last month.
He took the main image here on that workshop.
I made my own backstage images and little video (the video and images are both in the zip file).
I did some fun video work for an American painter turned director Michael Lasoff (in guy in the main image :P) in Amsterdam last month. He uses experimental cool painting techniques over conventional video to create a really unusual and interesting video finish. Here are the clips which he has uploaded to Vimeo:
I was in Vienna last week at a photography workshop taken by Andreas Bitesnich. Some other models were also there :).
Here are some of my back stage images.
The main image was taken by candidate Philipp Straschil.
I have been in Scotland the past few days, visiting family, doing some shopping. I managed to fit in a wee website shoot with McInnes as well as a tutorial with the Yerburys. The funky image across is from the website shoot with McInnes. I played at being a rock chick photographer for a bit.
We also officially stepped into summer time 🙂
Rain rain go away... come again another day (when I'm not here!).
I had a very nice shoot planned today with a Dutch photographer in a sand dune to make some pretty pictures for my members section. Unfortunately it had to be cancelled as the weather is just terrible :(. Good weather for the ducks, as they say. So instead, i'll do some blogging and share some recent images.
The image across is actually a back stage image. It was taken at a shoot a few weeks ago in Belgium when I was trying to get heated up by a radiator by in window in between shots. I think it works well with the rain theme (OK it wasn't raining during the shoot, but it could have been :P).
